Updates records and provides graduation checks for all undergraduate students in the Spears School of Business (SSB). With Registrar s office certifies that degree requirements have been met for graduating SSB seniors. Must be familiar with SSB and university rules policies and forms. Provides daily assistance and verbal and written communication with students and university personnel. Busy office with frequent interruptions to assist faculty staff students and others. Required qualifications Bachelor degree and one year related professional work experience in an academic setting experience required. Ability to produce precise accurate work effective communication skills comfortable with multiple-task work day ability to recognize and adapt to changing priorities some basic computer knowledge willingness to learn new computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge of Microsoft Publisher and Access helpful. Preferred qualification Master s degree.
