We offer plenty of the same services that larger more reputable companies offer but at a better rate With over 14 years of experience working as a plumber in commercial residential remodels additions & service work we are very knowledgable in regards to the trade. Our rates are as follows 75 per service charge which includes the initial 30 minutes of labor. Beyond that point our hourly rate is 60 plus the cost of material if necessary. One of the many services that we have in place is a general plumbing inspection of you plumbing system to ensure everything is operating at its full potential and there are no water leaks or gas leaks. This service is a preventative service and a great thing to consider the charge for this is 100 and while we re there will will maintenance your hot water tank by removing sediment that collects at the bottom of the tank. Its better to be proactive than reactive to a waterline bursting or your hot water tank malfunctioning. If we do find something in your home that you would like to get fixed we will try to fix it that day or place you on the schedule whenever you would like us to correct the issue. In addition if you have us come back we will apply the 100 to your invoice. We provide a 10% discount to all senior s & veteran s we feel that being socially responsible will assist in our growth but it is also something that senior s and veteran s deserve.
