I am Knowing a person that is responsible and quietly respectful to my home s environment of meditation journaling and having a spiritual practice is the perfect fit and that the individual that rents a room from me will be respectible and drug free non smoker and uses alcohol in moderation. You will love the harmonious home atmosphere that is felt inside and outside among the trees in the yard at the gazebo near the garden and meditation area and surrounding areas. The bedroom has a closet (not walk-in) and a loft for minimal storage above closet. A hall bathroom for you and my guests. Neatness and cleanliness is appreciated. I am asking 600.00 a month and 600.00 deposit that will be applied to the final month s rent AND OR used if there is damage to anything in the home. We will split the electrical bill and water and trash will be included in the rent. Kitchen privilages you must have your own pots and pans and dishes. A laundry mat is near by.
