New Home Care Agency looking for a Registered Nurse to provide HCSS Supervision of all PCA s and HHA s within waiver and LHCSA regulations. Supervise field admission and provide follow up nursing visits for patients in compliance with NYS regulations. Qualified candidate will possess a current NYS RN unrestricted license and be an effective team leader. Must have minimum 2 years experience in the home care field. Must have community resource knowledge and CPR certification. Candidate will possess excellent communication skills desire and ability to advocate for clients and willingness to develop and improve company policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for creating and conducting HHA training on an as needed basis . We are looking for a highly motivated individual with great communication skills who wants to work in a friendly and fun environment.
