Field Service Network Engineer
Our client located near Manchester NH is seeking a professional self-directed client-focused Field Service Network Engineer to provide IT support and service to its clients in the local area. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance answering support calls troubleshooting issues remotely and at client sites replacing network equipment and complete network upgrades and installations. Must have a minimum of three years hands-on experience supporting networks servers and virtual environments. Must have experience with Microsoft Server and Exchange support including Migration networks (TCP IP) network routing LAN WAN troubleshooting firewall installations setup and migration to cloud-based services. Knowledge of MS Windows Desktop Support DNS virtual servers and remote access software. Microsoft Server Cisco VmWare certifications are preferred. Must have a valid driver s license clean driving record excellent communication customer service troubleshooting and technical skills.
