Maintenance Supervisor We are looking to employ a maintenance supervisor that will act as the manager for the maintenance team while performing routine maintenance on the property. The supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional service to all residents future residents and internal team members. This individual ensures the grounds and property hold high curb appeal unit turns are completed correctly cost effectively and on time supplies are ordered received and inventoried and risk management assessments are completed. Basic responsibilities include but are not limited to Greeting all customers in a professional manner Keeping a high level of service in mind with every task Assessing and troubleshooting problems Performing supply inventory Painting Texture Sheetrock Repair Cleaning Performing home maintenance tasks Turning units inspecting turned units Preparing risk management and assessment reports Maintaining curb appeal of the community Respecting the boundaries of confidentiality fair housing laws and safety Recording accurate data on work orders Following up to ensure all work orders were completed to residents satisfaction Completing work in a timely cost effective accurate manner Ideal candidates will have Strong customer service background and skills Projection of a professional image by following dress code and appearance standards as set forth by the community 2-5 years verifiable as a Maintenance Technician Reliable transportation Advanced mechanical aptitude Outstanding leadership skills A positive upbeat attitude A work record of good attendance and punctuality Clean criminal background
