I will have open in 2 weeks 2 empty rooms and full private bath full kitchen privileges laundry privileges very private and large parking area for just one other vehicle no overnight company or other visits daytime or early evening and no company after 10pm.No pets allowed. I am Retired peaceful and respect others privacy as I wish you will mine.All mattress should have mattress covers or new mattresses with covers as well as box spring.Rent will be month to month paid on the first(cash) and no later than the 5 th of the month with 10% charge for late fee.Or you will be asked to leave (No Exceptions) when leaving it will be your responsibility to leave the rental quarters as you moved in on the first day Non smoker preferred.I will do a ID check for any felonies or judgements on you before you move in.No drugs or alcohol allowed cable and utilities included in rent.Rent will be cash only (No Exceptions) Rent will be 500.00 per month with a 500.00 deposit 500.00 dollar deposit will be given back to you after a full inspection of your living quarters including a pest inspection so leave it clean and when I check it out it may be a week to a month it all up to you.Older people preferred males or females may apply rooms will be ready 8 24 2015 move in on the 1st of September call or text 336 707 5777 leave message and I ll be in contact with you the same day
