In need of room to rent. On a fixed income and can only afford 300 per month. I Have a steady income & references for you regarding my ability to pay the rent on time. Need utilities to be included in rent. Need usage of washer and dryer Internet kitchen and bathroom. I provide my own food clean up after myself provide my own cleaning supplies and toiletries. I drink occasionally and do not have to get drunk. I do not smoke cigarettes. 420 friendly. OMMP qualified. I am Down to earth happy mind my own business friendly pitch in & help if needed as my health allows sleep a graveyard type schedule most of the year- quiet for those who don t sleep my schedule- day walkers
