Location Cherokee County Health Department Woodstock 7545 North Main St Suite 100 Woodstock GA 30188 Job Type Clinical Pay Rate 3 064.19 min mo Duration Full Time Unclassified Duties Under general supervision provides professional nursing care in accordance with established nurse protocols. Works in the program areas of Family Planning Child and Adult Health Women s Health and Infectious Disease. Performs client assessment provides treatment education and referrals. Manages Auditing Component of Immunizations. Creates or participates in community outreach initiatives such as immunization clinics health fairs safety program etc. Minimum Qualifications A current GA license to practice as a registered professional nurse. Certification in a Basic Skills Physical Assessment Course unless a BSN degree graduate. Preferred Qualifications Public Health and or clinical experience.
