Job SummaryMon-Fri 10 am - 8 pm.Responsible for Monitoring & Auditing Good Manufacturing Practices product quality and safety preoperational inspections perform line clearance batch record review perform SSOP inspections product testing maintain the Approved Supplier List troubleshoot and investigate quality issues and sanitation.Education and ExperienceHigh School or Equivalent1 year experience at USDA regulated food manufacturing2 years experience GFSI certified facility preferredSkills and requirementsKnowledge of production processGood communicatiomUnderstanding of USDA regulationsKnowledge HACCP GMP s SSOP s and labeling requirementsAccurately measure and countAble to speak Engish and Spanish clearly.
