available jan 1 2019cats are OK - purrr dogs are OK - wooof furnished apartment w d in unit off-street parking no private bath private room I have 2 very nice sized bedrooms with a generous size bathroom to share in Carrollwood in Tampa 33614. Both rooms available are the same size (not sure of exact size see pics). 700 each plus small security deposit includes everything. Available Jan 1 possibly sooner if necessary. I am a 41 year old female in the hospitality industry. I have a very friendly cat who acts like a dog ) I am open to small pets well behaved for a refundable deposit if nothing is damaged upon leaving. My lease is up in April so its fairly short term but if it were to be a good roommate fit i would be open to re-signing lease. Apartment is on first floor there is a lake with lots of wildlife right off back porch. Gym two pools gated community. It is a very spacious 3 bedroom very large kitchen washer and dryer. Rooms are partially furnished with bed VERY LARGE CLOSETS IN BOTH ROOMS. I am more of a night person and work at night. I have people over occasionally but only one or two of my friends as I am fairly new to Florida. I do not want large numbers of people over. I don t mind overnight guests just as long as it is not every night and would prefer to meet the person(s). As long as they are not left here if you are not. I don t have children and do not wish to live with them at this time. Smoking cigs outside only. I am very 420 friendly I drink a few nights a week I am very laid back and very respectful easy to get along with and expect the same. Not a neat freak but expect roommates to clean up after themselves I PREFER male roommates as that has worked best for me in the past but open to cool chicks too.
