Private home offering a limited amount of stalls to board horses. Fed in the morning in a turn out with multiple feeders and fed at night in 10x20 semi covered stalls. We provide alfalfa hay stall cleaning blanketing and any supplements that you need fed. Addtionally we have a 2 acre hillside for turn out. We have a small tack room and hay shed for storage wash rack and large flat area for working your horse. We do not have an arena but miles of mountain and wash trails available. We are a private home so our horses get a lot of TLC and time spent to make sure that they are happy and healthy. We open our propety from 7 00am until 10 00pm but allow for any changes. We also offer trailor storage on the property for 50.00 a month. The owner is responsible for being present for all farrier and vet appointments. Rent is due on the 1st of the month aand a late fee will be charged if received after the 10th.
