I am a 51 year old person non driver seeking a place to live in ASAP long or short term with my 7 year old less than 5 lb Chihuahua he is very friendly non-barker good with other animals and house broken. My current work living situation will be running out soon please no slave drivers or extreme cheapskates as I am NOT a robot caveman I do have a place to go but not with my little Chihuahua he is my best friend kid and prefer to live together. I am really looking for a apartment or house with some sort of small income Please if you do not agree to the small income Do not call as life requires some money for daily living expenses as I maintain repair your apartment building or house I have a clean criminal record no drugs light alcohol and I am a smoker but will smoke outside if you request it. Once we get to know each other I will give you my info so you can do a background check I will also need your info so I can do a background check too it s only fair I have many skills to offer here is a list of some of my skills I also have all my own hand tools. OOOHHH if I move in your household that s all fine and dandy I will NOT be your house boy unless financial payment is agreed upon.P.S if you are a contractor that s fine however when I ask you how much do you pay and you say to me I don t know what you know BELOW is a list READ it CAREFULLY and have a dollar per hour rate BEFORE you call and please note NO CONCRETE AND NO ROOFING is in the list PERIOD .Electrical This is my strongest skill I graduated from Lorain County Joint vocational Center back in 1986 for Industrial Electricity I have been working in the electrical field ever sense then working for many residential commercial electrical contractors I also rewired many houses up to electrical code standards I specialize in knob and tube wiring troubleshooting and repair.Plumbing throughout the years I learned residential plumbing from installing water heaters sinks toilets sweating pipes CPVC PVC installation and many other plumbing repairs.Drywall I can also hang and finish drywall.Painting I can also paint mostly interior but I have painted exterior.Heating HVAC because of my electrical troubleshooting skills I can also repair minor heating and cooling systems.Flooring I can also replace refinish hardwood floors lay tiles and put down linoleum. This is a limited area of mine.General cleaning I can also prepare apartments or houses for rental.Landscape from cutting and planting grass pulling weeds and all around general yard work.Small appliance repair I can repair washers dryers refrigerators and stoves gas or electric. This is just a portion of what I can do.Reasons to call If you have a house that is boarded up and you want to get it back into rentable sellable condition.If you have limited funds and can t afford labor cost but are willing to buy the material to do the job correctly.If you had past tenant s that destroyed your property.If you have an apartment building and need someone to live on site to maintain it 24 7.If you have an apartment building and you need someone to get the apartments back to rentable condition as tenant s leave.If you yourself know what you re doing but just don t have the time or need someone to help you do the work.If you are willing to buy rent the proper tools to do the job in a timely and correct way.
