Property Manager

We are looking for a part time experienced Property Manager who is highly motivated multi skilled strong customer service organized knowledgeable in building maintenance reliable good communication and conflict resolution skills are necessary. This property is under new owner and wants to re-organize the property to be better premises. Requirements 50 hours of work per month Live-on-site in a 1 bedroom apartment. Positive business-like attitude. Valid driver s license own vehicle and maintain car insurance. Willing to work indoors and outside. Able to lift at least 30 lbs. Good landlord and employment references.
