Property Manager for Large Apartment Complex

A 55 year and Older 100 unit Apartment complex in East San Diego County (Santee-Lakeside area) is looking for a Full Time Tenant Resident Property Manager to handle day to day operations including deposits of income coordinating repairs with the maintenance staff processing move-in and move-out paperwork in a timely manner filing running credit checks for prospective tenants rental ads ordering signage for advertising plus various weekly reports due to owners. Must have prior experience with Tenant Resident Management of a larger building. Must be able to manage senior housing issues. Apartment will be available as well as an assigned parking space. Competitive salary position with a monthly bonus based on achieving occupanacy targets and health and vacation benefits. Must haves Knowledge and Proficiency in Windows Software applications i.e. Word Excel and Word and Word Perfect. Ability to multi-task. An understnding of Yardiu and WuickBooks a BIG plus.
