Looking to house sit in the Shoals area (please read below)

I am a man in my mid 50 s. I have really good references. I am a member of a local church and I attend weekly. I am gainfully employed. I ve got no pets. I work at a facility where you must pass a background check and a drug screen in order to work there. I do maintenance work by trade and do furniture upholstery as a side job. I will be teaching a continuing education class at UNA this fall. I am needing a small space to live and do my side work. I can help keep your place in good shape and can also oversee general repairs such as A C work roofing etc. if the need should arise. I have a long list of reputable vendors I do business w on a consistent basis if you don t have your own preferred contractors. I have a background in building houses boat houses and piers maintenance and furniture. If this is something you think could work for you as well as myself let me know. These terms are negotiable.
