Volunteers Needed at Old Friends at Cabin Creek

Old Friends at Cabin Creek a farm for retired thoroughbred racehorses in Greenfield Center NY is in need of volunteers to muck and or to give tours starting immediately. No experience necessary but comfort around horses is helpful. Tour guides read stats and stories for each horse and would be asked to stay for several hours on a tour day. Tours will be 4 days a week until the end of track season starting July 25th and run on Tuesdays Thursdays Fridays and Saturdays. Muckers would be asked to choose a morning to muck for 2 hours or less which begins at 8am each day except Sunday. It s great exercise and in a beautiful setting with the opportunity to work closely with equine athletes. Please call Pat at 518-744-6739 for more information.
