SUMMARY Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking a contract Account Coordinator Order Processor to support the customer service department of a manufacturing client in Holland MI. This individual will enter and price orders and complete the full range of order processing in cooperation with the customer service team. RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated group of customers regarding products pricing shipping etc. Coordinate customer order requirements and resolve problems and complaints Monitor and verify the status of customer orders in a timely manner Other customer service and administrative task required by customers and management Process fill orders and verify pricing and items Monitor and verify the status of customer orders QUALIFICATIONS Associate s degree in business-related field or equivalent job-specific work experience 3 years of experience in a non-transactional customer service role including order data entry experience Experience in manufacturing preferred MANAGEMENT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
