Overview Richdale Apartments is looking for a porter with pool experience to join its maintenance team at our luxury apartment communities in Houston. This is a full time position with benefits including medical and dental insurance 401K vacation and holiday pay. Responsibilities Duties include Basic grounds maintenance and trash and debris pickup of the interior and exterior of our communities. This position will also be responsible for basic cleaning and maintenance of pools and hot tubs. Qualifications Experience with pools. Certification desired but not required. Some past experience with grounds keeping or landscaping a plus. Must be dependable and punctual with a clear background check.
