Guided Kayak Tour of the Charles River

Take a Kayak trip with FitRec this summer Join us for this exciting and fun-filled guided kayak tour down the Charles River in Boston. After meeting at the Fitness and Recreation Center lobby we ll head to our boat launch in Brighton. From here we leisurely paddle 4.5 miles downstream back to the Boston University campus enjoying views of the city as well as parks and wetlands along the way. There will be a quick introductory lesson at the beginning of the trip where you ll be shown basic paddle strokes and techniques. All boats are 2 person kayaks so enjoy making new friends and splitting the work with another All transportation equipment personal flotation devices snacks and beverages are included.
