Working Foreman Job Summary Consistent with the brand and values of RetroGreen Energy provide direction oversight and hands on assistance for a production crew of between four and six team members retrofitting existing structures with Spay Foam and Injection Foam insulation. Reports to Director of Operations Responsibilities Hire train supervise and evaluate all production crew members Operate maintain and troubleshoot all equipment including Spray Foam and Injection Foam equipment. Review and validate sales specification documents with sales staff understand full job scope prior to start of each project Develop implementation plans for each project including equipment staff and identification of any special needs or circumstances. Ensure a safe and compliant working environment on all projects including the identification of hazards and confined space safety issues. Document project work and deliver final project information to office manager Conduct pre and post testing procedures Delivery of projects on-time and on-budget Collect payment from customers at end of project Act as a conduit between production team and office Qualifications Five (5) to Six (6) years of experience in the Trades Two (2) to Three (3) years of experience as a trade supervisor or working foreman Ability to both lead teams and provide hands on assistance on a project. Ability to work with sales team members and office manager. Ability to set expectations and provide candid feedback to help team members learn. Demonstrated attention to detail and quality work Willingness to learn understand building performance and potentially obtain BPI certification.
