General Maintenance Property Manaement company looking for an experience handyman to work in the Cleveland northeast area. Hourly wage 12- 15 per hour depending on experience ability and speed. Plus reimbursement for gas. Qualfications 3 or more years of experience in performing apartment house maintenance making units ready and know how to resolve problems and make repairs. Work will be performed at multiple locations around the city so you should have you own tools. Job duties Make vacant units read for move in Correct section 8 violations Perform general maintenance on occupied units meet Section 8 inspectors for annual inspections must have skills in carpentry and drywall experience. Tracking of working locations will be required thru cell phone that will be provided by us.
