Looking for a Caretaker for our farm

Looking for a individual or a family that is tired of city living and would like to live the farm life. We are moving and would like to have someone be a caretaker for our farm. There is a four bedroom house with barn and outbuildings. 29 acres.This is in the Burgettstown area Washington County. There is also a hot tub. We are not asking the caretaker to pay any rent. But we would appreciate a security deposit to show good faith. You must be willing to submit to a background check. The caretaker would be responible for paying the utilities. All we ask is that the grounds are kept in decent shape and we will have farm equipment here to use and there maybe some animals left behind that would need attended too. We will setup a account for animal expenses. We would consider a rent to own situation to the right party. But mineral and gas rights will not convey.
