Brand Ambassador for Cowhaus Creamery

Cowhaus Creamery Ambassadors spread the word about Cowhaus Creamery ice cream around Northeast Ohio by doing in-store product demonstrations and providing ice cream samples while sharing facts and information about our brand and products. This is a PART-TIME position. Cowhaus Creamery requires Brand Ambassadors to transport themselves and their equipment to a variety of retailers in their designated area. Brand Ambassadors will Be positive-minded energetic and familiar with what distinguishes Cowhaus Creamery from other ice creams. Introduce customers to brand by sharing information about it and samples of the product. Improve appearance of products on shelves. Set up and clean up space after the demonstration Follow guidelines and procedures to ensure each sampling event is executed properly Promptly inform Cowhaus Retail Coordinator of results of sampling events Stand for the entirety of the demonstration and transport any necessary materials which can include table samples cooler utensils etc Provide excellent customer service Brand Ambassadors should Be self-motivated detail-oriented and confident and comfortable working alone Be able to communicate effectively and be well organized Be able to quickly solve problems and and answer questions on site Be able to organize and work autonomously Be able to work the required minimum of 5-7 hours a week including demo time reports and email interactions with CC Retail Coordinator. Other Requirements Personal transportation - travel is required A flexible schedule Notes In-store product demos for the most part occur on Saturdays. The hours are usually 12-3pm but could vary - 1 hour depending on the retail store. Product Demonstrator (Brand Ambassador) Compensation 12.00 hour starting wage with merit-based raises.
