Apartment Maintenance Technician
100 unit apartment complex is looking for a skilled maintenance technician to perform various duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the apartment community in accordance with the policies and procedures. The applicant will repair and improve vacant and occupied apartments work as a team participant along with other maintenance staff to ensure the apartment community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company and be a customer service representative to residents during interaction. Applicant must have carpentry plumbing and electrical skills. Tools provided. HVAC certification and appliance troubleshooting a plus. Benefits available. Must pass background checks and drug test.
