Retrieve get approvals and enter accounts payable in Great Plains accounting system Assist vendors and co-workers regarding accounts payable related matters Perform accounts payable check processing Work vendor statements and collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure that all invoices for the month have been accounted for and proper cut-off has been achieved Obtain W-9 s from vendors process 1099 s and 1096 each year Submit Positive Pay information to our financial institution Enter bank transactions and assist with account reconciliations on a monthly basis Compile expense report and provide information to payroll on a weekly basis Enter general journal entries monthly General maintenance scanning and filing of accounting records. Performs other duties as assigned.
