450 Roomate wanted Arrlington Apt. Male or Female in mid twentie

Hi I am looking for a new roommate male or female. I am living in a two bedroom apartment that has convient access to downtown airport and Friendly Center. There is a living room deck kitchen (with all new appliences) and plenty of storage. The available room has its own private bath. Rent is split evenly and is 450 a month and Utilites are not included. The complex has a pool tenis court and basket ball court volleyball court gym and onsite laundry. There are also available storage units. The complex is pet friendly but I currently have no animals living in the apartment and would not mind a dog but am allergic to cats. There is a dog park at the complex and running trails. The room itself is pretty large and has a private bath and its own door to the outside deck. The apartment is located on the second floor. (I look at the steps as a mini workout) A little bit about me I am 22 years old and recently graduated college. I work fulltime in downtown Greensboro and am a pretty responsible person. I am easy to get along with and enjoy going to the gym hiking swimming and having a good time. I have freinds mostly out of town so I might have guests over sometimes but I will always double check to make sure we both agree and expect the same in return I m not a big party person but do like to have a good time. Im a little shy and quite but am an all around good person. What I am looking for in a roomate I am looking for commitment to the rent agreement honesty financial stability and cleanliness. I m not asking for much just someone who needs a place to live and who is easy to get a long with and enjoys life. I suggest you have a car while it is located close to everything having a car helps the Greensboro Bus does have a stop however I would not like riding a bus that long. What I don t want Somone who does not have a steady job someone who is messy someone who will want to leave after 1 month. No really bossy people (but at the same time Mi casa su casa). No drugs no HEAVY drinkers (we all need a glass of wine at the end of the day lol). No slobs or bad hygiene people. No couples (it makes it akward). Avaliability The room is available August 1st. The lease ends May 1 2016.
