Need room by 731st. in RIVERSIDE

Looking for a private bedroom in a home with utilities included in the rent with female(s) or a nice couple only. Would be willing to do some extra cleaning for lower rent. The closer to the 92504 zip code the better. Since I will have my 16-year old daughter come over after school on most days until her dad can pick her up after work but she will also stay the night occasionally. (NOT the typical teen btw Proud mommy ) There is NO drama between her dad & I Would also be nice to be able to have friends over at times even if it s just to hang out in my room. I am trustworthy respectful and clean. Dont smoke cigarettes but do use a vape on a daily basis and I m 420 friendly. Any other questions and concerns please let s communicate.
