I am moving out of my 2 bed 2 bath apartment for work related reasons. The apartment complex is located in Roseville CA. I am in need of two people to take over the remaining portion of the lease. The apartment will be available July 11th and run unitl Feb 2016. The apartment monthly rent is 1335 which is about 30-100 dollars cheaper than the current rent in the same apartment complex The apartment complex offers swimming pool hot tub 24 hour gym bbq area kids play area daily personal trash pick up and many other features. The actual apartment offers full washer dryer dishwasher oven microwave refigerator two master bed rooms big size balcony storage closet on balcony walk in closests ample closet and storage space Ac heat ceiling fans and much more. If you decided to move in you are still responsible for following the standard apartment qualifications. I am in need of TWO people looking to rent.
