Responsibilities include but are not limited to Repair and improve vacant and occupied mobile homes Carpentry plumbing painting some electrical. Pool maintenance Maintaining well-groomed grounds snow plowing Ideal candidates must possess general maintenance knowledge including plumbing electrical and carpentry.
