Shared common areas include kitchen bath room limited garage storage space and backyard. No need for parking permit all day street parking. Muni and T-Line are close by 101 down the street and 280 not far either. As of late this neighborhood has been developping with new restaurants like Radio Africa Limon...Neighbors are friendly & respectful. I ve been living in this residential neighborhood feeling comfortable & safe for the past 10 years. Amenities include gas appliances large private backyard well insulated with central heating great lighting with lots of house plants About us we are two friendly mindful responsible down to earth clean tidy quiet adults who keep to themselves and are in their 40 s with no taste for drama. 100% respectful of your property privacy We are non-smokers (420 tolerant) We are professionals working full time. I have one older playful cat. About looking for a mindful mature clean non-smoker and financially stable professional who 1.) pays rent on time.
