It has 3 slide-outs.Tires are 5 years old and depending upon future usage and storage conditions may be good for another 5 plus years according to Michelin. There is also a transferable warranty on these tires.Microwave-convection option was not a standard feature in the older RV s. Our microwave-convection oven is an upgrade.The hookup bay is heated to protect lines into the coach.The full body paint indicates lasting quality appearance and nonfadability of the paint in weather conditions.The 3-M front end nose cover protects the paint from bugs and other flying debris. It was replaced 3 years ago.The upgrades enhance quality performance for long distance traveling. To clarify my prior email where I also provided to you web links to describe the various enhancements made I refer you again to those links to the following improvements and upgrades made to my RV.1. Tire Pressure system has 10 sensors 6 on the RV and 4 on the tow vehicle. It constantly monitors tire air pressure and temperature of tires while traveling to add safety to the vehicle in the event a tire blows out to prevent severe accidents. Audible warnings are given in the event of excessive low or high air pressure or heat within the tire. The safety to me is of utmost importance. 2. Safe-T-Plus reduces the chance of the motorhome rolling over. It reduces rut tracking that keeps the vehicle from pulling when another large vehicle passes by in the other direction. It provides greater stability in high winds. These are all safety improvements. 3. Source Engineering Ride front and rear sway bars.4. Source Engineering air valve on each individual air bag (8 airbags) on the Road Master Chassis. 5. 8 Koni shock absorbers installed. 6. Horton 2-speed Fan Clutch helps reduce road debris from striking the radiator and assists in better fuel mileage in lower fan speeds. 7. Rock guard mining core radiator (never an option to motorhomes). I had this upgraded radiator installed when the original radiator failed. 2004 Holiday Rambler diesel coaches used rear two line aluminum core radiators which often failed from flying roadway debris in which a lower rock guard shield did not deflect. The mining core radiator is more impact resistant. 8. New air cleaner filter in last 6000 miles.9. Airline dryer replaced in last 6000 miles.10. Radiator antifreeze replaced several times.11. Wheel bearings repacked in last 10-12000 miles12. All radiator and heater hoses replaced 7 2015.13. Wiper blades recently replaced.14. I added a third electric shade under the TV inside the windshield. Two shades were standard with the RV which were replaced twice.15. The paid extended service contract remains in effect through mid-March 2019. It has a 50 transfer fee and 100 deductible per visit regardless of how many items require repair. Anything not excluded in the contract is covered which should be of tremendous value to you to get any unknown future repairs done before March.16. Original generator failed and the rotor stator fan invertor were replaced in 2013.17. New kitchen faucet installed 6 2017.18. New icemaker installed 6 2017.19. Bedroom slide overhauled with new parts 2 2017.20. Replaced muffler 4 2016.21. Built storage compartment behind TV in bedroom.22. New awning installed over bedroom window 6 2017.23. All windows have awnings.24. Circuit board for front air conditioner replaced 12 2017.25. Pressure switch for parking brake replaced 2 2016.26. Park air brake switch replaced 12 2017.27. Electronic toilet overhauled 7 2015.28. bedroom air conditioner replaced 6 2014.I am selling the following items 300 each1. a used Blue Ox Patriot braking system which does not have the breakaway switch. 2. a used Blue OX Tow Bar.
