We are looking for energetic serious hard-working applicants only for a full-time professional position to assist the COO in daily operations while learning about the software to assist our existing and potential customers. Daily Functions and Responsibilities - Assist Manager in daily tasks while gaining an understanding of DocLinks (EMR Software). Daily tasks to include but not limited to routine data maintenance mail telephone software inquiries and troubleshooting taking minutes follow-up correspondence contacting potential new clients tracking of daily tasks etc. - Weekly status LINSoft Team meetings to discuss on-going projects and group needs to identify opportunities discuss follow-up tasks and promote synergy. - Work with company team members to gain a detailed understanding of product content and functionality. - Continual development of educational materials and training tools. - New customer contacts through door to door calls telephone marketing tips etc. - Continual development and deployment of marketing sales presentations. - Respond to Help Desk calls and correspondence. - Begin building client relationships by providing customer support to assigned groups. - Ability to perform other tasks as requested. Project Assistant Experience Essential Skills and Educational Requirements 1-2 years experience in the healthcare. Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience (related field preferred). Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail. Ability to travel 35% of the time in WA area. Be available to work evenings and weekends as necessary to meet the objectives and expectations of the position. Must demonstrate excellent verbal and writing skills. Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise tact and diplomacy. Must be able to function in a dynamic environment subject to impromptu changes in schedules and priorities while maintaining and managing responsibilities. Must be a self starter with the ability to work independently and make independent decisions while ensuring team communication maintained and manager direction followed. Project Management skills preferred. Manages expenses to budget set by Administration. Technical Competence - Works with understands and evaluates software issues and technical information related to the project and coordinates communicates with the technical team members on technical issues. Assist Manager in Core Company Competencies - Foster an open environment for company unity respect communication collaboration and efficient on-time workflow. - Continually enhance customer relationship management and project management experience and skills. - Ensure all projects are managed and organized effectively to complete each project according to defined processes client satisfaction target goals and company objectives. - Identify document and manage software enhancements. - Clearly communicate expectations and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical departments. Assist Manager in Essential Client and Customer Skills Develop and maintain customer relationships by providing exceedingly outstanding service and solutions to DocLinks clients. Ability to effectively manage multiple client accounts. Proactively anticipate each client s needs provide updates on new electronic system features and capabilities suggestively make recommendations to enhance the successful use of DocLinks solutions and services. Collaborate effectively within client environment to guide clinical technical and administrative professionals to ensure project success. Facilitate lead and control the flow of on-site and off-site project meetings to ensure meeting s goals and objectives are accomplished. Develop overall plans of action for open issues and client requests set appropriate goals and timelines monitor momentum through appropriate internal departments. Define the clients reality and take responsibility for feedback to designated clients to ensure quick closure which exceeds client s satisfaction. Prioritize and manage daily work activities to ensure on-time delivery of high quality service to internal and external clients while handling a variety of other tasks as they occur. Share information accurately and freely communicate simply and clearly honestly and courteously within all internal and external business relationships.
