Litigation Associate Attorney--Miami

Major Florida law firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney (Class of 2010 - 2013) to join its Miami office. Candidate will have the following Experience in civil litigation or complex commercial litigation and or white collar crime Experience in a large law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent). Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and or Moot Court accolades desired) Strong research verbal & written communication skills required Florida Bar. Responsibilities include but are not limited to -Managing complex multi-jurisdictional litigation around the globe. -Servicing a diverse clientele in various matters including products liability commercial litigation accountants liability securities litigation and regulatory enforcement corporate governance special investigations environmental litigation trusts and estates insurance and reinsurance and intellectual property. -Representing public and private companies prosecuting and defending a wide range of complex commercial claims in federal and state courts and arbitration proceedings. -Defending clients interests in matters to include class actions securities contract disputes insurance coverage controversies environmental issues fraud claims and bankruptcy and collections actions.
