An award-winning kitchen bath and interior design studio is looking for a trustworthy dedicated and reliable individual to join our team. This personable candidate would be a self-starter who is able to work autonomously has initiative and takes pride in their work. This vacancy is one that is for an immediate start and will initially suit a candidate who is available Tuesday through Saturday with the view to move into a full time role down the line. In this role you would be required to complete the following tasks Open and close the studio Answer customer enquiries and greet clients on arrival Administrative support Assistant with marketing material and photo editing Process sales orders Invoicing General Administrative functions To be considered for this role you will be a dynamic positive self starter who is able to work autonomously and keep the daily operations of the office running smoothly. Computer skills and typing are essential together with a pleasant telephone manner and the ability to deliver exceptional client care standards to everyone. A valid driver s license and vehicle are required. Interior design experience background is a plus.
