We are looking for a Business Development Representative seeking to align ourselves with talented and accomplished SALES PROFESSIONALS in the Driver Staffing Industry. Winsor provides expertise in temporary and temp-to-perm staffing as well as contract leasing staffing services and direct hire placements. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for securing new business Identifying potential business opportunities in the local community and contacting key decision makers through sales calls by phone and in-person. Be comfortable contacting and engaging other business decision-makers at all levels selling intangible human resource recruiting services. This requires an ability to use consultative selling techniques (communication skills questioning and listening techniques investigating qualifying etc.) and the discipline of being persistent while following a daily and weekly plan with the desire to become a top performing sales professional. Successful candidates shall need possess Knowledge and experience of the transportation commercial trucking and driver-staffing industry familiarity with dispatching assembling DQ files understanding of DOT regulations and credentialing and an understanding of FMCSR A regulations Ability to recruit CDL drivers through various sources. Previous SALES EXPERIENCE regularly calling clients and building meaningful business relationships in order to further assess their needs so as to seek out opportunities to offer Winsor s staffing services and generate additional revenues. Willingness to work in high-pressure fast-paced multitasked environment and meet aggressive deadlines ready willing and able to work not only Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM but periodically be on call after-hours and weekends.
