Bindery-Lettershop production JOB DESCRIPTION Candidate must be able to perform necessary Bindery skills such as- Folding Tabbing Stamping Cutting Perforating Bundling Inventory & warehouse management Shipping Set up and adjust folders and cutter for various types of cuts & folds with accuracy. Operate equipment at expected rates of speed while maintaining quality. Candidate must also be able to perform necessary Lettershop skills such as- Operate set up & adjust Inkjet & Intelligent 4 station mail inserter. Operate equipment at expected rates of speed while maintaining quality Prepare & package Direct mail according to mailing sequence pallet control and postal guidelines. Position requires candidate to maintain and clean equipment daily for efficient operating As well as maintain a clean work station and empty trash daily. Anticipate and follow mailing schedules to meet mail dates. Initiate and participate in hand folding and insertion on special projects. Candidate must learn and follow postal rules and regulations. Display an eagerness to learn perfect skills and complete work in a conscientious manner. Meet standard output requirements and complete standard equipment maintenance requirements. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 50lbs bend & stand entire work shift. Operate fork lift Able to work and stay focused in a loud noisy work environment. PERSONAL CHARACTERISTIC REQUIREMENTS Education High school diploma or equivalent. Attendance must be excellent. Basic mathematic skills. Basic computer navigation skills Good eye hand coordination Good driving record strong work ethic positive attitude team player penmanship legible goal- oriented individual. Full time position 8 00am-4 30pm M-F w Benefits. Previous experience in mailing printing business a plus.
