It s Copacetic Timeless Events will be hosting a contest GetInspired from January 1 2015-May 31 2015. The purpose of this contest is to give back to those who gave their time freely in their community. Below is the contest rules and guidelines 1. The contestant will have volunteered throughout 2014 at the local soup kitchens shelters nursing homes or hospitals to name a few. The hours will need to be documented and will be verified. 2. The contestant will need to write a brief statement about themselves and what they have gained from the volunteer experience. Also will include the event type date time and theme (if there is a theme). 3. The contestant must also include a picture for press release purposes. 4. The winner will be selected once hours have been verified based upon the amount if hours volunteered during 2014. The event will need to be scheduled to take place September 2015-September 2016. 5. Submissions will need to be submitted via email at postmaster(at)itscopaceticevents.com in either a PDF or Word Doc format. The winner will be announced no later than June 30 2015. 6. The winner will receive FREE full event planning services. No matter size or event type. Also a spa treatment for two. We appreciate everyone who will take time to submit their stories and volunteer information however only one winner can be selected.
