Hello I am looking for someone to sublet my unfurnished two-bedroom apartment starting as early as July 30 I really would need the full two months of August and September subleased. My lease ends on September 30th I need to move now because of change of work situation and I cannot feasibly drive anymore that far. I will be starting my new lease in July and can t really afford two rents for the months of August and September. After the sublease ends I m sure you can continue a lease there through the landlord if you really enjoyed the unit. The staff there are very personable and professional. The apartment is a unit of the Providence at Harbour Club in Belleville Michigan. Follow the link to the apartment complex website listed below www.belleville-apartments.com It is a 2-bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a spacious living room with a balcony that overlooks Belleville Lake. There is a storage unit on the balcony and plenty of closet space throughout the apartment. There is a walk-in closet adjoining the master bedroom and a full bath. The kitchen contains all modern appliances (including washer dryer dish washer an electric stove-top oven refrigerator) and a garbage disposal was recently installed in April 2015. I really love this apartment and the neighborhood is very quiet peaceful and the people are very friendly. The apartment also has central air-conditioning and the complex covers water and trash pick-up so you would have to pay for electricity and heat. On average we paid about 60 a month for both utilities total but it tended to be a bit cheaper during the spring and summer months depending on usage. Upon move-in you will have access to several amenities including a full-sized outdoor pool a gym (I will transfer my membership to you so you won t have to pay extra) a clubhouse where weekly social gatherings and activities are held and nearby parks and biking trails. The complex is conveniently situated off of I-94 S. Service Drive but it is far enough that you don t have any traffic noise. Currently my rent is 990 a month but I am willing to sublease it for about 800 per month (possibly negotiable) not including utilities which will be transferred to you. Honestly it s a lovely place but with travel expenses I really need to move closer to work. If interested we can arrange a viewing by request.
