Seeking qualified candidates for Lawn Technician. Excellent customer service professional organizational and time management skills required. Ability to work outdoors and withstand varying temperatures environments required. Knowledge of lawn service and snow removal for commercial industrial desired. Candidates should posses the ability to work independently on a job site as well as in a team environment. REQUIREMENTSValid motor vehicle operator s license (if you have 3 or more minor traffic offenses in the past 5 years or 1 DUI or reckless driving conviction in the past 7 years you will be disqualified from employment due to insurance requirements). Read write speak and comprehend English. At least 18 years of age. US citizen or alien authorized to work in the United States. High school degree or equivalent. Able to work 7 30-5 and some overtime some Saturdays as required. Reliable transportation to and from work. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSOperate mowers trimmers blowers ect safely and effectively to meet customer s needs Prepare written reports for customers and explain services provided when possible. Operate and maintain service vehicle and other service equipment per government and company guidelines. Utilize secure and store products and materials in strict accordance with labels and government and company guidelines. Cross-sell customers when appropriate and or refer sales opportunities to supervisor and support sales efforts as much as possible. Document service activities as required and complete and submit paperwork as directed. Maintain licenses certifications and or registrations as required and participate in company training as directed. Ensure required equipment products and materials are on service vehicle to perform scheduled services.
