I m looking for a room mate. I m asking 400 a month to help cover some of my mortgage. I have a 2300 so.ft. house you have your own bathroom. Share the laundry room and mostly the rest of the house. I m looking for a more mature person. I m in my 40s. I really don t want to go any younger than 30. You must have a job. And be stable. Cats are ok here. I m a smoker but do it outside. I m not asking for a deposit.
