Everything you see in the room has been taken out except for one of the chairs. We can remove this if you want. My fiance and I live in a two bedroom one and a half bath flipped condo that is very nice inside with crown molding on the walls etc. wood floors stainless steel appliances in Hybla Valley Alexandria. We have an unfurnished room for rent that is a good size new carpeting painting and has plenty of windows (although the picture shown does not capture the light - the room is nice and bright). The room is light grey with crown molding and almost white carpeting and it has a ceiling fan with a light. It can fit plenty of furniture. We have a fire place and a good size kitchen and a dining area. It is an open floor plan. The whole condo is yours to use. There is a porch for you to use as well with seating if you smoke or just like to hang out on the porch. My fiance and I do smoke (me only at night) but we only smoke outside. We are both very clean professionals that are out of the house during the week by 8 30 and back no sooner than 5 00 p.m. We also have two small dogs that won t get in your way.
