Hello I am an ambitious 21 year old who wants to enjoy life at the same time. I am planning on moving to Columbus GA with my boyfriend and a potential room mate. Unfortunately the plans had fell through and the room mate decided that they did not want to move to a new city. We are hoping to find a person who is interested in setting goals for themselves as well making the time to go out have some fun Requirements Here s what we want from you. 1. You can be a smoker. Nothing else. We want nothing to do with drugs not even marijuana. 2. You can be a non-drinker or a social drinker. We like to drink too but we don t want you to be an alcoholic. We want nothing to hold you back ) 3. No pets. I LOVE pets but since we decided that we want to live in a apartment so this is a no go. It s going to be clean the day we move in and out. 4. Must have a job. I m sure this reason does not need a description. 5. Must have a car. It stinks to depend on people to catch a ride somewhere. It s nice having a vehicle of your own. Trust me I know. (6. Age limit 18 - 30. We want you to around our age so we can share the college experience together. You don t have to be college but it is preferred.7. You can be any gender or both We are friendly to gays and bis and everyone else out there. ) Perks for you We have yet to find an apartment simply because we want our room mate to have a say about the new place. We want a third room mate because we are hoping that with the three of us we will be able to pay 200-300 per person per month. (Yay cheap bills ) You can have the master bedroom. Hands down.
