1995 Terry 5th wheel

This 25FT 5th wheel is in good condition. It has a living room expando unit with a couch that can be made into a bed. The furnace stove refridgerator and AC all work. The refridgerator and furnace elontronics have been replaced in the last 5 years. The sale includes the hitch and mounting plate. The blue book value is about 5500. I am selling it for 3800 because it needs some work. The awning cover needs replacing and the carpet needs a good power cleaning or replacing. I replaced the old factory mattress with a better than good memory foam ( 600) cost custom fit. It has a trailer hitch for towing or currently mounted platform for my generator and extra gear for hunting. I can be contacted by TEXT ONLY. I will not answer by phone.
