Licensed Therapist for Oakland Practice Dr. Vernita Marsh & Associates are based Practice in Oakland who is looking for licensed Therapists who are interested in utilizing their clinical skills in a growing private practice setting. The practice employs a psychodynamic and holistic approach to psychotherapy and serves individuals couples families and groups presenting a broad spectrum of psychotherapeutic concerns. As a licensed Therapist you will be given comprehensive clinical responsibilities and opportunities to further employ your skills. Responsibilities Provide short term and long term individual couples and family therapy and related services including intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments. Produce clinical documentation according to ethical legal and professional standards established by the California Board of Behavioral Science and the American Psychological Association. Assist where appropriate with crisis intervention and risk assessment. Provide clinical workshops and groups Skills and Qualifications Masters-level or doctorate s in psychology or a related field. Licensed as a Therapist with a broad range of therapeutic concerns pertaining to individuals (adults and children) couples and families. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Available for weekday and or weekend assignments. Fluency in the Spanish language is a plus. Marketing skills are also a requirement. Compensation Will be dependent upon your experience.
