Terms of Employment Permanent Full Time Day Salary 11.00 Hourly for 40.00 Hours per week Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months) As soon as possible Location Toronto North Ontario ( 1 vacancy ) Skill Requirements Education Completion of high school Credentials (certificates licences memberships courses etc.) First Aid Certificate Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate Experience Experience is an asset Languages English Children s Ages Toddler to pre-school (1 - 3 years) Work Setting Employer s home Specific Skills Supervise and care for children Bathe dress and feed infants and children Prepare infants and children for rest periods Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development Prepare and serve nutritious meals Wash iron and press clothing and household linens Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home Tend to emotional well-being of children Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents Take children to and from school and to appointments Security and Safety Basic security clearance Transportation Travel Information Travel expenses paid by employer Work Location Information Work in employer s client s home Relocation costs covered by employer Other Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
