We are currently looking for an Accountant to join a growing manufacturing company.Job Description Coordinate business accounting functions including daily activities associated with accounting invoicing AR AP functions payroll budgeting human resources benefits administration and other office administration duties.Role and Responsibilities - Manage company accounting using QuickBooks- Manage accounts receivables and accounts payables- Prepare banking reconciliations- Manage customer billing and invoicing- Manage human resources duties including payroll employee benefits hiring termination - Create any needed correspondence in the form of letters memorandums proposals or reports- Track each department s spending and budget- Various administrative tasks as deemed by managementKnowledge and Skills Required - Thorough knowledge of QuickBooks (Minimum 1 year).- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Microsoft Word and Excel.- 3 years or more related experience in a similar roleKey Attributes - Excellent communication skills including oral written and interpersonal- Detail oriented and creative- Ability to work efficiently accurately and independently- Quick learning ability.- Ability to adjust to changing deadlines- Ability to exhibit confidentiality when dealing with customers and staff mattersCompensation - Salary commensurate with experienceBenefits and Other Information - Medical Vacation Paid Holidays
