The LEAD C.N.A. employees take an on-call rotation every 4-6 weeks depending on the number of LEAD C.N.A. members. The LEAD C.N.A.s have a greater responsibility and assist in orienting and training new C.N.A. employees. The primary schedule of a LEAD C.N.A. is day shifts with varying hours the week that the LEAD is on-call. WITH ELITE Work with only 1 patient at a time. Set schedules available on weeks that LEAD is not on-call.
