Office Assistant

We are searching for an office assistant for a company located in Miami Lakes. Primary roles and responsibilities answer phones usually no face to face interaction with clients complete shipping & receiving of business correspondence and parcels with our products. Our products are coming in and shipped out on daily bases some boxes can be heavy to lift. Proficiently use computer equipment to type correspondence knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc.). Ability to prioritize multi-task and work independently as needed. Accept and apply direction from manager. Very important attention to details Strong organization skills. Very god knowledge of English is a must. No work experience necessary.
