SALES ASSOCIATES RESPONSIBILITIES Determine each customer s vehicles needs and wants by asking questions and listening. Demonstrate vehicles including test drives. Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analytics. Keep abreast if incoming inventory features accessories etc. and how they benefit customers. Maintain a prospect development system that encourages repeat and referral business Work with management to ensure individual and department sales goals are met. SALES ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS Dealership experience REQUIRED Professional apperance and work ethic High energy is a must outgoing and aggressive person Ability to sell a minimum quota and according to dealership standards. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
